In this research, we traced the lives of young people who are trying to build new lives far away but still have a connection to Turkey. We went beyond the numbers to listen to their feelings, what they are pursuing, which dreams they are postponing, and what risks they are taking. We tried to understand the educational lives, social rhythms, and how these young people, who are trying to put down roots in new cities, approach the idea of returning to Turkey. In particular, we revealed the motivations and obstacles they face in their decisions to stay abroad or return to Turkey. This study aims to make a strong contribution to institutions that want to reconnect with young talent, to policies that want to support reverse brain drain, and to the dream of building the future of Turkey together.
